Our Innovative Health Pod
It integrates and makes it easy to measure parameters related to the state of the cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, and physical systems, which are important indicators of your health and lifestyle. In just a few minutes, you can complete the process independently and confidentially.
The tests you can perform
Aging Level
Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs) are indicators of the level of aging and the cellular metabolic state: high levels of AGEs can be influenced by chronological age, sedentary lifestyle, stress, harmful substance intake, and dietary habits.
Fitness Level
Your weight and body composition (percentage of body fat, lean mass, and hydration level), measured through the technique of bioelectrical impedance analysis, are indicators of the subject's nutritional status and physical fitness.
Psychophysical Wellbeing
Through single-lead ECG, the measurement of heart rate variability (HRV) provides information on the adaptability of the nervous system to stressful situations. The sensors record HRV parameters such as tone, flexibility, and dynamism, providing a comprehensive picture of the psychophysical stress response.
Blood Pressure
Measuring blood pressure is a simple and quick act that everyone should perform fairly frequently as a means of monitoring the health of the cardiovascular system, whose diseases are the leading cause of mortality in Western countries. Blood pressure is influenced by various factors, including genetics, physical fitness, dietary habits, smoking, and stress levels.
Oxygen Saturation
Oxygen saturation (SpO2) represents the percentage of hemoglobin saturated with oxygen, thus indicating the fraction of red blood cells that transport oxygen to various organs and tissues in the body. In healthy subjects, normal values range between 95% and 100%. Values below the norm indicate partial oxygen deficiency (hypoxia).
Heart and Respiratory Rate
Heart rate indicates the number of times the heart beats in a minute (bpm) under basal conditions. Knowing your resting heart rate is essential for monitoring fitness levels and identifying early health problems. Respiratory rate, or the number of breaths taken in a minute, varies from person to person and is an important indicator of health, playing a crucial role in diagnosing respiratory conditions, monitoring chronic diseases, and assessing physical status.
Perceived Stress Questionnaire
A self-assessment questionnaire designed to measure perceived stress. It assesses the extent to which respondents perceive their lives as unpredictable, uncontrollable, or overwhelming.
Sleep Quality Questionnaire
A self-assessment questionnaire that measures sleep quality. The result takes into account sleep efficiency, perceived rest quality, and any disturbances or fatigue experienced during the day.
Physical Activity Questionnaire
A self-assessment questionnaire aimed at evaluating the quality and quantity of daily physical exercise. The result is calculated in MET (Metabolic Equivalent of Task), which estimates the energy used to perform an activity.
